There are thirteen pages within text which have sporadic underlining and highlighting. Two of those pages have a few words written in the margins. The upper edge of ten pages have a slight impression from a paperclip. In spite of the blemishes the book is strong, with a firm, sewn binding. Includes subject index, author index, 5-page section of suggested readings, 82-page section of references (in essence a bibliography), and 12-page glossary. Codice articolo 010914
