En signalant à l'attention du pouvoir ce fait de l'inter vention de plus en plus multipliée des travailleurs dans la presse périodique, l'organe intelligent du parti conser vateur, nous en sommes convaincus, n'entend en aucune facon faire appel aux voies répressives, mais bien provo quer de la part du pouvoir un examen sérieux des ques tions que soulèvent les souffrances et les réclamations des travailleurs. Sous ce rapport, nous ne saurions trop applaudir à l'appel que la Presse adresse au gouverne ment.
Quant a savoir si ce qui manque aujourd'hui, c'est la connaissance du remède appelé à guérir le mal dont souf freut les travailleurs, et non pas la connaissance de ce mal lui - même, la Presse nous permettra de ne pas parta ger l'opinion qu'elle émet à cet égard.
