The provisions of sections and 14, of the act 1976, re quiring' license moneys to be collected by the Collectors, and the licenses to be issued by the clerk, and rep rted quarterly to the Comptroller, have not been follou ed fuliy since the en actment of the law, and thus the check intended by such re ports has not been preserved. As there 18 a penalty attaching toa failure to conduct a business without av1ng a license, every effort will be made to have the law enforced.
