Excerpt from Two Primary Sources for a Study of the Life of Jonas Swensson
A study of the materials has brought me to these conclusions 1) that there are several notebooks, or diaries, kept by Swensson; 2) that the daybook is based on the notebooks he kept during his years in Sweden and on whatever diaries he may have kept during his earliest years in this country.
