Supplementary agricultural imports consist of all imports similar to agri cultural commodities produced.commercially in the United States, together with all other agricultural imports interchangeable to any significant extent with such United States commodities. Complementary agrdcultural imports include all others, about 95 percent of which consist of rubber, coffee, raw silk, cacao beans, wool for carpets, bananas. Tea, and spices.
