For a detailed statement of the receipt and disbursement of funds, and conditions of membership, you are respectfully re ferred to the very full report of our secretary and treasurer. Coming from the source it does, it will not be considered a reflection on the former incumbent for me to say that our newly elected secretary deserves our hearty congratulations for the very satis factory manner in which his duties have been performed the past year. The report came out early, and with some improved features that merit your approbation. The work during the year has been well kept up and faithfully performed, and it is to be hoped that circumstances may be such that the services of Mr, Sinclair may be continued indefinitely.
