In the tables of ancient coins, wei hts, and measures, which he has annexed to the body of the Dictionary, e has followed the learned calculations of Dr. Arbuthnot. The quoted authorities have been careful] y examined, and frequently revised; and, it is ho d, the opinions of mythologists will ap without confusion, and be foun devested of all obscurity.
