Medium gray cloth hardboards, with crisp gilt-stamped lettering to the spine. Unbumped spine head and tail, and with sharp corners save for minor bump to lower corner of front board. Exceptionally clean binding. Text block firmly bound in and quite tight. Note: the light blue front pastedown has been neatly excised to reveal the handwritten dedication from Doris and Leo Hodroff, dated November 1994. With 298 numbered pages on coated stock. 343 porcelain items are prominently featured, including plates, dishes, drinking vessels, jars, vases, and figures of birds, animals and fish. This is a catalogue for a traveling exhibition originating at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. For more than fifty years, Leo and Doris Hodroff, of Minneapolis and Palm Beach, had been enamored of Chinese and Japanese export porcelain.
