Utilizing responses to their Psychological Dimensions of Sexual Experience Inventory, the authors explore the various components of satisfying, even electrifying, sexual experiences among men and woman. Unlike many earlier studies of sexuality and sexual experience, this book examines the roles played by love, passion, commitment, and intimacy in reaching deep levels of sexual experience. It also covers the impact of such factors as attention, mood, space, time, memory, and interpersonal experiences.
