Miral D. Jhaveri, MD, MBA is a lead author of the prior editions of this book and lead author of Diagnostic Imaging: Brain. Jhaveri is a Colonel Robert R. McCormick Professor of Diagnostic Imaging and Division Head of Neuroradiology as well as Chair of the Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Karen L. Salzman, MD, FACR, is Professor of Radiology and Imaging Sciences. She is the Neuroradiology Section Chief and Associate Fellowship Director, and holds the Leslie W. Davis Endowed Chair in Neuroradiology at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Anne G. Osborn, MD, FACR, is a Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the
