The following is a brief synopsis of the laws affecting educational interests of the state, which were enacted by the recent legislature and. Unless otherwise designated, will go into effect August 14, 1913: Act No. 12 amends section 10 of Act No. 35 of the Public Acts of. 1907 so that those counties which are willing to expend at least in buildings and equipment and shall have acquired title to at least 80 acres of land for such purpose may establish a county school of agriculture, manual training and domestic science and be entitled to state aid to the amount of two-thirds of the yearly cost not exceeding in any one year.
