Some difficulty was found in ascertaining the respective times at which certain of the Opinions were delivered, as also the names of counsel representing the different parties, but the hope is entertained that no good ground 'of complaint will be found to exist because of a failure in this regard. In the next volume, perhaps, the task will be easier.
