The reports serve the purpose of recording the objectives, accomplishments, and problems encountered during the pilot plant operations. Operating data are also often pre sented. However, these data are, for the most part, presented as a matter of record since the inclusion of heat and material balances and the analysis of the data was not part of the scope of the run reports.
