Closely following these, the books of Special Method in Reading, Geography, Natural Science, and other studies by the same author apply these principles more definitely to the selection of mate rials and method of treatment in the various studies.

The Course of Study for the eight grades of the common school is worked out on the basis of the foregoing books of General and Special Method and will complete the whole series.
