Section two looks at specific issues such as accounting, issues of strategy and the use of performance indicators. The impact of Japanese culture is also examined. Section three looks more closely at particular organisational settings such as the airline industry, schools, the NHS, financial services and manufacturing. Aimed at those on advanced undergraduate and post-graduate courses, Management Control should also provide food for thought for practising managers.
