Marianne Coleman is Reader in Educational Leadership and Management at the Institute of Education, University of London and has extensive experience in a range of educational settings. She has a particular interest in gender and diversity issues and has researched widely in these and other areas related to educational leadership and management in England and elsewhere.
Derek Glover was a secondary head for twenty years at Burford in Oxfordshire, moved into higher education in 1990 and has since been involved with education leadership and management teaching and research at Keele University where he is honorary professor, and at the Institute of Education, London and Leicester, Lincoln and Warwick Universities as a research associate. His particular interests are in resource management and organisational development.
