It's easy to get swept along with the world Carriger has created, as her love of the genre is obvious and infectious . . . great fun (SCIFINOW)

Prudence is a wonderful blend of steampunk and paranormal. When you open the book up you are sucked into a world of witty banter, and a world of paranormal perils that Prudence is most definitely up to the task to meet. I look forward to what is next for Rue in The Custard Protocol. (ALL THINGS URBAN FANTASY)

A wonderful beginning to this new chapter in Gail Carriger's world and a roaringly fun read. I can't wait to see where this series takes Rue (VAMPIRE BOOK CLUB)
