The studies reported here cover but one phase of the model investigation required for the proper design Of a stormiwater disposal system at Whiting Field. These studies were authorized by' Mr. Lewis A. Jones, Chief, Division of Drainage and 'water Control, Soil Conservation Service Research, on September 20.
