Conner is associate professor, Urban and Regional Planning Department (School of Social Ecology) and Department of Medicine (School of Medicine) at the University of California, Irvine. He is former president of the American Evaluation Association. He is also research director for the evaluation of the Colorado Healthy Communities Initiative. J.
