The aim of this student textbook is to introduce the mathematical and geometrical principles supporting computer graphics, and to explain important concepts. A set of integrated concepts is presented whose mastery is necessary for a thorough understanding of the mathematics and geometry involved, and several important concepts are emphasized, such as parametric geometry, transformations, vectors, matrix methods, data structures, algorithm development and computational efficiency.
