Elhai, Ph.D.</strong> University of South Dakota, Vermillion, SD<br />Dr. Elhai is a clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Disaster Mental Health Institute and the Clinical Psychology Training Program at the University of South Dakota. <p><strong>Julian D. Ford, Ph.D.</strong> University of Connecticut Health Center, Farmington, CT<br />Dr. Ford is a clinical psychologist and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Connecticut Health Center.
