He also provides instruction in Crisis Intervention at Western Nevada College, USA. <p><b>Lynn Ann Watson</b> holds a lifetime teaching and special education credential with certificates in special day class, learning disabilities, and resource services. She was an active member of the Board of Directors for the International Inter-Agency Alliance for Children, which was instrumental in the passage and implementation of Public Law 99-457, which focused on more and better services for young special needs children and their families.</p>
