He is also on the Editorial Boards of Accounting and Business Research and of the Journal of Applied Financial Research. He is a non-executive director of two companies and has acted as consultant to a number of organisations including National Westminster Bank plc, Price Waterhouse and other leading financial institutions. Mike Wright is Professor of Financial Studies and the Director of the Centre for Management Buyout Research, University of Nottingham, UK. He is European Editor of Entrepreneurship: Theory and Practice and is a member of the ICAEW Research Board Sub-Committee on Corporate Governance.
