International Management Behavior, Third Edition is the long awaited revision of one of the most contemporary international management textbooks on the market. The success of the previous editions was based on the concise, integrated approach to teaching international business grounded by theory and practice.

It is quite unique in its content that includes text, readings and cases. To be an effective global manager requires a basic understanding of theory, concepts and practice. It is this organization that has made it one of the most widely used books at both undergraduate and MBA levels.

There are three main parts: Part I Intercultural Effectiveness in Global Management Part II Implementing Strategy, Structure and Systems Part III Corporate Social Behavior in a Global Economy In each part there are approximately 5 readings and cases as well as an even more concentrated effort to promote culture as the key to understanding world business.
