Effortless Pain Relief is based on the principle that when we understand the causes of pain, we open the door to developing effective techniques for managing and even eliminating pain from our lives.
Whilst exploring the concept of how the body remembers and holds on to pain, and how stress and an unhealthy lifestyle can contribute to sometimes chronic conditions, this inspired guide also offers techniques and advice on how to alleviate specific problems such as arthritis, fibromyalgia and back pain.
Groundbreaking and completely accessible, Effortless Pain Relief provides deceptively simple and yet profoundly effective guidance on how to leave pain behind, enhance your vitality and find an effortless route to a pain-free life.
Dr Ingrid Bacci takes us step-by-step through methods that have transformed the lives of thousands of individuals who have put these techniques to the test Larry Dossey, M.D., author of Healing Beyond the Body
