Dr Nicola Ridgeway is a Clinical Psychologist and an accredited cognitive and behaviour therapist. She lectures on cognitive behaviour therapy at the University of Essex, the University of East Anglia and is Chairperson of the Eastern Counties branch of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists. <P>Dr James Manning is the managing Director and founder of the West Suffolk Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Service based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. James has post-graduate qualifications in both Clinical Psychology and Counselling Psychology.
