Lara Veleda Vesta, MFA, is an artist, author, storyteller and educator transforming chronic illness into a path of healing and reclaiming. She is the author and illustrator of The Moon Divas Oracle and Wild Soul Runes: Reawakening the Ancestral Feminine (Red Wheel/Weiser Books). Her research interests include ancestral connection, mythtelling and disability as initiation, and she is currently creating a mythic book on death transitions. Her path of folk magic, ancestor lore and ritual practice is shared through classes at the Wild Soul School and with her patron community: www.laravesta.co

Contributor Deva Munay is the founder and CEO of Sacred Sound & Wonder and she is passionate about music, movement, sound therapy, honeybee guardianship, sacred geometry, soul-centered living, superfoods, and transformational healing. She grew up on a small farm in Oregon and began training in the healing arts while traveling through India, Thailand, Malaysia, and Nepal in '96/'97 and has continued her studies in Central and South America, Bali, and Egypt.
