Lockhart; a writer from Gary, Indiana. In May of 1989, he migrated to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Lockhart divorced and remarried. With a child from his first marriage, he became frustrated with the way he was treated during his child custody dispute. In September of 1999, Lockhart wrote Fathers Have Rights Too.
