We do this by defining structured programming and then discussing how a structured program can be built through the application of the concepts of coupling and cohesion. Earl Parsons has been working in COBOL as a programmer, systems analyst, project leader, and applications systems architect since 1980. He has a BS degree in business management from Brigham Young University and an MS degree in e-commerce from the University of Maryland. This is his second book.
