Sinossi
Bryan Spencer's family life comes to a terrorizing halt when his child is kidnapped by a released killer who is seeking revenge. Irritated by his realization that the justice system seems to have a focus on protecting the perpetrator instead of the victim, Bryan has taken it upon himself to become a vigilante and attempt to save his child.
