The book explores each one of the enemies, beginning with enemy number one: Ill-Will or Anger, followed by Sensual Desire, Restlessness and Worry, Sloth, and Skeptical Doubt. Each enemy has an opposite emotion that can transform or slay the enemy when cultivated through mindfulness. Mindfulness is the mastery of ones mind and is discussed at length throughout the book. L'autore
Daphne K McCorery has been deeply involved with self-help techniques, astrology, and spirituality for the majority of her life which provided the inspiration for this book. She is also a fine artist and holds a Certificate in Small Business and an Associates Degree. This is Ms. McCorery?s second self-published book. She currently lives with her sister and cat in Livermore, California.
