He is committed to academic excellence and is an inducted member of the oldest international Honor Society in the social sciences: Pi Gamma Mu. **Gabriel Flores, Ed.D. has 15 years of classroom experience within the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). His interests include qualitative research and the inclusion of sexual orientation education within multicultural education programs. He currently works as an adjunct faculty member in the College of Education at University of Phoenix. **J. Phillip Harris, D.B.A. is the founder and principal of Acclaimed Professionals Group and runs APG Academy of Entrepreneurship, an online consulting and coaching firm. He is an experienced business entrepreneur with a passion for helping others. **Frederick Littles was born and raised in Mississippi. As an active duty member of the United States Air Force, he brings extensive practical experience to the Doctor of Management program at the University of Phoenix.
