Torben M. Andersen is the editor of Public Policy and Economic Theory, published by Wiley. Karl Ove Moene is a Norwegian economist. He graduated from the University of Oslo in 1977, and an obtained his PhD in 1984. He was appointed professor at the University of Oslo in 1987.

The topics include: Open Macroeocnomics, Business Cycle Theory, Political Economy, Welfare and Public Economics, Labor Economics, International Trade, Institutional Economics, Development Economics, Environmental Economics, Econometrics and Mathematical Economics.
