Marcel Le Glay was, until his death in 1993, Professor Emeritus of the University of Paris IV, Sorbonne.

Jean-Louis Voisin is a Lecturer at the University of Bourgogne.

Yann Le Bohec is a Professor at the University of Lyon III.

David Cherry is Associate Professor of History at Montana State University, Bozeman. He is the author of Frontier and Society in Roman North Africa (1998).
