Paperback. Condizione: New. Print on Demand. This book explores the debate on the antiquity of our species, presenting the findings of acclaimed geologist Sir Charles Lyell. In the book, Lyell examines archaeological discoveries and geological formations to challenge the prevailing belief that human origins were much more recent than suspected. He digs into evidence that suggests the coexistence of human ancestors with now-extinct species such as the woolly rhinoceros and mammoth. Lyell's thorough analysis questions established timelines and sheds light on the historical and scientific implications of these discoveries.
