The first publications of Ohio were the Laws of the Governors and Judges, adopted under the Territo'rial Government.

From the organization of the State in 1803 until 1835, the State publica tions consisted of the Laws, the Senate Journal, and the House Journal. In the Journals appeared the reports of the State officers, together with the reports of the investigating committees.
