Hardcover. Condizione: Near Fine. Condizione sovraccoperta: Near Fine. 1st Edition. First Edition ( 'First published in 1995', Number Line to 1). Once listed, I believe this will be the Only signed first edition for sale anywhere on the Internet. The author signed and inscribed the book on the blank first front end paper. The inscription reads: 'Sept. 1995. Rita and Steve-- To wonderful friends who suffered through this with us over the years. Hope you enjoy. love, Larry.' As you can see from the photos, the covers are in beautiful condition, exceptionally clean and pretty much free of any wear. The page edges are very clean. The book is square and very solidly bound from cover to cover with nicely tight pages, no binding issues. Everything inside this book is exceptionally clean. That includes the white inside covers and end papers and, as far as I can see, all the pages in the book. These pages are also in excellent condition. I don't see any creasing. There are no dogeared corners. There are no markings. No attachments of any kind. And with the exception of the author's signed inscription, no one has written their name or anything else anywhere. The dust jacket looks just as fine. It is perfectly clean. I'm not seeing any wear. The flaps look very good. The jacket is NOT price-clipped, not clipped at all. The Pulitzer prize-winning David McCullough provided a blurb. If you can't read it from the photo of the rear cover, it goes like this: "This highly knowledgeable, often distressing, thoroughly absorbing study is sure to wake people up to the true magnitude of the political consequences embodied in the accelerating electronic revolution. Larry Grossman is one of the most experienced and thoughtful leaders in broadcasting and he has written a superb book.". Inscribed by Author(s). Codice articolo 002671
