L'autore
After a tour of duty in the US Army, and a degree in philosophy, Joseph R. Garber has spent the balance of his career as a business person, initially with AT&T and later with the international management consulting firm of Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He is now a West Coast-based mergers and acquisitions specialist. He lives in California.
