The book is in Very Good+ condition and has a Very Good- dust jacket. The spine ends and corners of the book covers have some light bumping and wear. The text pages are clean and bright. There is a crease to the bottom corner of the last text page where the page wasn't cut completely and there's a bit of excess paper on the corner. The dust jacket has several noticeable tears, chips, nicks and wear. "A timber home is a kind of house that uses a frame structure of large posts and beams that are joined with pegs or by other types of decorative joinery. Almost always, the walls of the structure are positioned on the outside of the timber frame, leaving the timbers exposed for visual effect.
