Bill Irwin has been in ministry for over 40 years, and has a passion to see people walk in freedom and wholeness. Bill and his wife, Beth, direct Oak Tree Ministries in Brentwood, California to fulfill their mandate of "… bringing the healing and restoring presence of Jesus …" to those around them. They also direct The Delta Healing Rooms in Brentwood. Bill ministers in counseling and healing prayer, with a particular ministry to those with abuse issues in their past. Bill and Beth have lived and ministered in East Contra Costa County in California for over 30 years. They have two grown and married children, and three grandchildren, and are proud to be known as Papa and Mimi.
