Anam Thubten brings to life the essential wisdom of Buddhism and skillfully shares the practical instructions that were given to him by his many teachers, the most formative of whom were Lama Tsurlo, Khenpo Chopel, and Lama Garwang. He is the founder and spiritual advisor of the Dharmata Foundation, teaches widely throughout the United States—and occasionally abroad—and is the author of various articles and books in both the English and Tibetan language.
