Smith is sought after by top executives to help them achieve their leadership potential and position their organizations for long-term success. He has worked in nearly 40 countries with hundreds of senior leaders of corporations, government organizations, non-profit foundations, and industry associations. His client list includes many of the most prominent multi-national companies and their most influential leaders. His business experience began with IBM in 1984, after which he held senior executive positions with growing firms in the United States, Hong Kong, Brazil, and Switzerland. He founded Leadership Resource Institute in 2010 to make leadership programs more accessible to emerging leaders around the world. With a passion and curiosity for understanding the power of great leadership, Mark has delivered hundreds of keynotes, workshops and team interventions that have transformed organizations and the people that lead them. Mark graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He also graduated from Syracuse University with a Masters in Business Administration.
