Joshua Medcalf is the best selling author of Chop Wood Carry Water, Burn Your Goals, Hustle, Transformational Leadership, and The War At Work. After a rocky college soccer career that finished with Joshua second in points at Duke University, he decided to take an unconventional path. Rather than accepting scholarships to law school, Joshua chose to move across the country into a homeless shelter in downtown Los Angeles to serve.
