Jane de Sausmarez teaches colour theory and practice in the Conservation Department of the City & Guilds of London Art School. For 35 years she taught Printed Textiles and Colour Theory in the Textile Department at Goldsmiths College and she has also taught at many other art schools, including Central School of Art and the Byam Shaw School of Art. For over 10 years she has been running intensive colour workshops for both students and professionals from her home in London.

Jane de Sausmarez has been teaching color theory for over 30 years. She graduated from both the Central School and the Royal College of Art, and she works for a number of companies as a color consultant. This book is based on her highly successful color theory course which she gives at a number of colleges, including Goldsmiths.
