Two remaining chapters look at the adoption of new uniform partnership laws, including the Revised Uniform Partnership Act and the revised version of the Uniform Limited Partnership Act, promulgated by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws in 1994 and 2001, respectively. The texts of these two acts are included in attached appendices, alongside selected state statutes, the Prototype Registered Limited Liability Partnership Act, and the 1997 Prototype Partnership Agreement for a Limited Liability Partnership Formed Under the Uniform Partnership Act.
