A collection of stories set in the Caribbean In this book there are four lively stories about Melanie and her sister Flora, who live in the Caribbean. Their surname is Treble, but it might as well be Trouble, because that is what they are! They just can't resist temptation, whether it's climbing the big tree to get mangoes, stealing their father's cheese, or trying on Aunt Stella's jewellery - all of which they know are wrong, but they just can't help themselves. The result, of course, is trouble with a capital T - and lots of laughs too! Rita Phillips Mitchell is the author of "Hue Boy" (illustrated by Caroline Binch) which won the the 0-5 category of the 1993 Smarties Book Prize. Paul Howard has illustrated a number of stories, including "Friends-Next-Door", "A Very Special Birthday", "Taking the Cat's Way Home", "Jim's Winter" and "Rosie's Fishing Trip".
