The purpose of this book is to demonstrate how training can be used to help manage change and to illustrate that training and development activities are a critical component in coping with and responding to change. This book introduces the reader to the theories and concepts of change experienced by corporate organizations - from unperceived gradual evolutionary change through to structured managed change - focusing on their application and relevance to the training function.
