Previously employed by British Airways as Corporate Jester, he has worked in many corporate functions including information management, marketing, finance, operational research, engineering, and strategy. Since leaving British Airways he has provided facilitation and training to businesses in practically every sector. He has written many articles on business and creativity, and is co-author of a range of books.
