David Bowie, MBA and Chartered Marketer, is Principal Lecturer and MSC Programmes Director in Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism Management, Oxford Brookes University, UK. David has over 25 years hospitality industry experience working as a hotel manager, restaurateur and marketing consultant.
