Georg von Krogh is Professor of Management at the University of St Gallen and member of the board of directors at the Institute of Management. Author of several books including Managing Knowledge (SAGE 1996) and numerous articles in international scientific journals.
Johan Roos is Professor at the International Institute for Management Development.
Dirk Kleine is a research associate and doctoral candidate at the University of St Gallen.
